Digital Collections Specialist

Job Description:

A company is looking for a Digital Collections Specialist to manage delinquent accounts through digital communication channels.

Key Responsibilities

Communicate with delinquent borrowers via various digital channels
Find solutions to help borrowers bring their loans to a current status
Process payments for borrowers with past due amounts

Required Qualifications

1-2 years of direct experience in credit and collections
Prior experience with financial products preferred
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
Self-motivated and extremely goal-oriented
Bilingual Spanish/English preferred
