Senior Performance Engineer

Job Description:

A company is looking for a Sr. Performance Engineer (Remote).

Key Responsibilities:

Define performance testing strategy and conduct various performance tests
Analyze test results and perform root cause analysis of performance issues
Generate performance reports and ensure compliance with standards

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or related fields
6+ years of experience in QA, specifically with NeoLoad and Dynatrace
Experience in Citrix performance testing and knowledge of Chaos Engineering
Familiarity with healthcare domain and IVR technology
Experience with load testing methodology in AWS
