Job Description:
Alternate Perspectives, Incorporated (API) has an immediate
opening for an Admissions and Career Transition Manager at one of
our operated Job Corps Centers.
If you want to be a part of dynamic team that helps young people
ages 16-24-years-old, this job is for you! You will be a part of
the nation's most successful youth training and education program,
Job Corps, for the past 60 years.
In this position, you'll be responsible for managing the entire
Admissions and Career Transition processes for our organization.
You'll be the go-to person for developing admissions goals,
improving recruitment strategies, and ensuring that all processes
run smoothly and efficiently. Additionally, you'll be supporting
applicants throughout the admissions process, from application to
enrollment. As well as on the other end of the process you will be
there overseeing the assistance on their next steps after the
program when it comes to housing, job obtainment and any other
additional transitional services that are needed. Your team is the
overall face of our organization and are ambassadors for our
mission and values. We're looking for a creative and organized
individual with strong customer service and communication skills.

Education and Experience Requirements:
Bachelor's degree and two years related experience required, one of
which should be in a supervisory capacity. Directly related
experience may be considered in lieu of degree requirement on a
year-by-year basis. Excellent written and verbal communications
skills and computer proficiency required. Valid driver's license
with an acceptable driving record.
