Job Description:
A company is looking for a Vice President, Product, Pricing &
Analytics.
Key Responsibilities
Drive all aspects of product management, including design,
delivery, and maintenance of core commercial products
Lead strategy and execution for product development and pricing to
ensure long-term growth
Motivate and manage geographically dispersed teams to achieve
high-priority deliverables
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree in business or related
field preferred
Strong background in actuarial capabilities and strategic pricing
for voluntary benefits
Experience in managing operating plans, budgets, and business
finances
Demonstrated leadership experience in managing large teams of
skilled professionals
Wealth of experience in voluntary benefits, including supplemental
accident and health products
