Job Description:
A company is looking for a Head of Product Growth to lead growth
initiatives and drive revenue acceleration.
Key Responsibilities:
Own the conversion, monetization, and expansion product strategy
and roadmap
Collaborate with Growth Marketing and Product, Design, Engineering
teams to develop and launch product features that enhance
revenue
Partner with go-to-market teams to acquire new accounts, increase
feature adoption, and reduce churn
Required Qualifications:
Minimum of 5 years of experience in product management, preferably
in growth-focused roles
Proven track record of driving growth and optimizing key business
metrics
Experience in a fast-paced, data-driven environment, preferably in
a SaaS company
Strong intuition for product design and user experience
Significant experience in customer research, user testing, and
product analytics
