A company is looking for an AVP, Customer Strategy & Value
Realization.
Key Responsibilities
Define best practices for value realization to maximize customer
retention
Collaborate with teams to establish KPIs and success metrics
aligned with customer goals
Lead a team to develop value-based reporting and present insights
to stakeholders
Required Qualifications
8-10 years of experience in healthcare management consulting or
strategic account management
Experience in a value realization or customer value team within a
healthcare setting
Proven ability to lead and manage teams of senior consultants or
strategists
Experience with user-facing solutions for digital health
applications
Familiarity with large programs and cross-functional workstreams in
a technology environment
