Job Description:
A company is looking for a Workers Compensation Subrogation
Specialist responsible for the complete subrogation process of
investigation, negotiation, and settlement of workers compensation
claims.
Key Responsibilities
Navigate through proprietary databases to process and resolve
claims with subrogation potential
Handle workers compensation subrogation files of moderate to high
complexity
Document all activities related to recovery, including
conversations, correspondence, and file updates
Required Qualifications
Experience in managing workers compensation subrogation claims
Proficiency in using multiple computer systems and basic programs
like Outlook, Word, and Excel
Strong work ethic and ability to take ownership of tasks
Ability to work effectively in a remote environment with excellent
time management skills
Experience in a fast-paced work environment
