We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Bilingual Sales Representative to join our team at CDR General Services, a leading staffing agency. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales, a talent for building strong client relationships, and fluency in English and Spanish. This role involves identifying new business opportunities, managing client accounts, and collaborating with the recruitment team to meet clients' staffing needs.Key Responsibilities:Client Acquisition and Management:Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and other sales techniques.Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.Conduct client presentations and negotiate contracts to secure new business.Understand clients' staffing needs and provide tailored staffing solutions.Sales Strategy and Execution:Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets.Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to management.Collaborate with the marketing team to create and execute promotional campaigns.Customer Service:Provide exceptional customer service to clients, addressing any concerns or issues promptly.Ensure client satisfaction and retention through regular follow-ups and relationship management.Act as a liaison between clients and the recruitment team to facilitate smooth communication and service delivery.Qualifications:Language Skills: Fluency in Spanish is required.Education: High School Diploma or equivalentExperience: Proven experience in sales, preferably in the staffing or recruitment industry.Skills:Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Strong negotiation and presentation abilities.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.Personal Attributes:Results-oriented with a strong drive to meet and exceed targets.Highly organized with strong attention to detail.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.#CDRHL
